Message on Mac air about rootkitmalware, said ot to turn off and call 888#, turned off and back on later message and warning off, what should be done now?
This was on Mac air 2015, and warning to leave on and call to get computer running but just turned off.

It's a scam. Do NOT call that number. Do not give anyone any information. Dismiss the notification. You can turn off future ones here:
