The older versions of ScanSnap Manager for Mac (v3.2L31 and v3.2L60) are no longer available for download from the Fujitsu Website. You can try contacting Fujitsu Support or using a third-party website to download the older versions, but be aware that downloading software from third-party websites can be risky.

I forgot that Ricoh acquired Fujitsu products. Thanks for chiming in here.
You can see if your scanner is compatible with VueScan:
Edit: Have you just tried to use Apple's own built-in Image Capture app located in the Applications folder? Sometimes third party software/drivers are not needed to operate a scanner.
I got mine here https://www.pfu.ricoh.com/global/scanners/scansnap/dl/setup/m-preeos-s1300i-inst2-v7.html?MODEL=5016. Ricoh is a rebrand from Fujitsu + I have actually installed from that link less than a month ago. Piece of cake - go ahead.
+1 on considering VueScan, it is kept up-to-date and if it works for you there is only a 1x cost (I think about $40) and you are in good shape. You can download the evaluation copy to see if it suits your needs and if it does then you purchase it. No-more having to worry about Fujitsu or possible downloads from dodgy sites.
If you’re referring to Ricoh - it’s Fujitsu rebranded, see https://www.pfu.ricoh.com/global/news/2023/news230124.html
👍😉…wasn’t really aware until I needed the older ScanSnap.
