No number labeled Primary.
When setting up my new iPhone 15 plus I didn't see anything that designated my phone number as Primary Can I changeso I labeled it as Business. Does this matter? Can it be changed now? Thanks.

You can assign any label you want to each eSIM. You can also change them later if you desire.
Apple provides some standard “drop downs” but you can also select “custom” and make your own.
The labels are only used for you to keep track of which line is which.
