iPad Pro not syncing iCloud files

Hi everybody,

My new iPad Pro just won't sync with my iCloud Files App. I've never had this problem with any device, including my iPad Air and the iPad Pro before it. And no other device has any trouble syncing up. I'll quit out of Files and restart, nothing. Restart the iPad, nothing. Here's what it looks like in this screenshot. That wheel will just turn and turn and turn. I occasionally have the same problem with the Dropbox app on the iPad, but not nearly as bad.

Any ideas out there?
