iPhone 15 indicating 5G network but will not connect to internet or make calls.

I have been experiencing network connection issues with my new Iphone 15. It will indicate that i have 5G network with full signal bars but when trying to connect to the internet it will time out. I am also experiencing that my call will not go thru and randomly will receive a voicemail without any missed calls. I have reached out to my service provider and they come back saying that there is no network outage in the area. I have taken my wife's Iphone 15 purchase on the same day and using the same network provider and her phone does not seem to be effected in any way. i have placed both device next to each other and tried to make a call and connect to the internet with her phone not having any problems but mine will just not connect or will not allow me to make a call and and will just indicate the call have failed or would just be showing Calling..... and eventually I will cancel the call.

i have tried resetting my network setting and factory defaulting my phone and this was another pain because of the Esim and i had to reach out to my carrier to get my Esim connected to my phone again. My network carrier have also reset my Esim to see if anything would change. I use own a Iphone 13 before the 15 and never had this type of issue and from December 2023 when I started using my Iphone 15 this have been a Constand battle and my network provider have even sent me a signal booster to try out.
