I was on Apple family plan and had a bunch of playlists on my Apple Music. The subscription was stopped momentarily and when I became part of the Apple family music sharing again, all my old playlists and liked songs had deleted. Is there a way to get them back?

If they are gone, they are gone. You will have to re-create them.
