Apple Music is not updating my library and it’s not showing all of my playlists I added to my library

ever since I updated into iOS 17.4.1 my Apple Music has been acting up it won’t add any new music to my library and it’s not showing the playlists that I added to my library as well idk what to do I’ve tried syncing my Library as well as signing out of my Apple ID account but it’s still doing the same thing this is frustrating me and idk what else to do
