Reinstall of MacOS Sierra after erase not possible

Hi all,

below question, to which i could not find any answer yet here. I erased the content from the hard drive (Mac Book Pro 13, 2016) as layout here Apple Link. I formatted the hard-drive as APFS (case-sensitive). Upon starting the Mac, i was not able to reinstall macOS Sierra:

  • If normally started, I get the: Storage system verify or repair failed: (69716)
  • If started with CMD+R
    • Reinstall macOS Sierra not possible: No bag entry
    • I have an external device with time machine back-ups. But the latest back-up is not shown. (i checked on another computer and a newer back-up is indeed on the devise)
    • Tried first aid, did not help
  • If i want to erase the hard drive again, AFPS is not shown as option, only Mac OS Extended in different versions (see picture)
  • Recovery of hard disk from time machine back-up in disk utility also not possible (see picture)
  • I also see several internal hard disks...

Does somebody know this problem and can help?
