Icloud payment through gcash is unsuccessful

I have been using G cash to for a long time to pay for my Icloud storage. Now my pictures are locked and cannot be shared or optimised because G cash have failed to pay numerous time despite having 3x more than the payment needed in my account. I have tried to delete gcash already and this happened to other apps aswell.
