How do I file an official complaint with Apple? I have an iphone 15 pro max and my text messages have not worked since I got the phone and no one seems to be able to help me fix the problem. I have tried numerous calls with technical support and store visits. I was provided a dedicated rep who has stopped responding to me.

You can use the support button at the bottom of this page to contact Apple Support. But unless you are having an issue with iMessage, which Apple's messaging system, text messages are a carrier supported feature. So you should contact your carrier if you are having an issue texting people.
Thank you, but it's an issue with the phone confirmed by apple. My imessage app freezes. Their solution was to 'wait for the update' which came out in February but did not fix my issue. Their solution is to have me reset my phone once a week and wait for the engineers to figure it out. It's been happening since I got the phone in september.
