Apple Watch Fitness Sharing not loading

Hello! I just got a new Apple Watch and my fitness sharing tab is not loading on my phone. I previously had an Apple Watch SE 1st Gen which I successfully unpaired in December 2023. I just bought a new Apple Watch SE 2nd Gen.

I can see who I am sharing with my the watch from when I had my previous watch, but not my phone. Most people are able to add me to sharing, but I cannot add them.

Both my phone and watch are updated to the latest iOS, I have under 40 people on my sharing.

Any advice would be helpful!
