Hello!
We backed up everything, icloud and chats. Then erased everything as usual. While setting up the new iPhone 15, it didn’t show up option “Back up from Icloud” instead it said Back up is unavailable.
Now i have nothing, not even phone number nor notes. Only some photos from 2023…
IS THERE ANY CHANCE getting back eveything? please!

I guess “yes” means you created an iCloud backup.
In that case, carefully and completely follow all directions in the article I linked above, including “Before you begin”. If there’s an issue, tell us at what step it occurred.
