I am not able to save on my Mac. It goes to my personal drive, which my son deleted for me last week. Please how can I save my powerpoint presentation on my Mac?

You should be able to use the "Save As…" dialog in PowerPoint to navigate to any place on the internal drive where you have permission to write (e.g., somewhere in your user directories).
However, there's still this question. When you say that your son "deleted" your "personal drive", what do you mean? Did he delete some sort of cloud drive (iCloud Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, that sort of thing)? Delete local directories belonging to your account?
