Apple TV family sharing not working

I have an iCloud account shared with my family where are my wife and daughter.

My wife has an Apple TV+ plan and in my iPad settings is stated that she is sharing the subscription with me but all ATV+ application is offering to me is a free trial or to subscribe.

So, is this family sharing working only if I have s subscription, because I cant access ATV now with my wife's subscription?
