My Apple ID is disabled, how do I enable it?

My Apple ID has been disabled because I have forgotten my password but I am owner of account as can prove bank statements

If you need to reset your Password, there are 3 ways you can do it.

If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support


Bank Statement will never be used to prove you are the owner. If the device becomes locked due to Activation Lock, the only documentation that is acceptable is your original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller.

How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support


If you see a message that your Apple ID is disabled in the App Store and iTunes or that it is locked for security reasons.
