Why won't my iPhone 14 Pro Max wireless charge in my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe?

My iPhone 14 Pro Max will not wireless charge in my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. Brought it to dealer and they replaced the charging pad. Still doesn’t work on my phone. It worked on someone else’s iPhone and also on an android phone. What could be wrong.

Some cases are too thick for wireless charging. Some factory installed car wireless charging used Open Dots technology rather than Qi. That’s most likely not your problem.

Make sure your case is less than 2 mm thick. If it is, try to charge your phone using other wireless chargers.
