It seem like getting access to this group is hard because it keeps logging out when I don't expect. And it's a hassle to get back in. Are there any settings to stop that? Other sites don't do that, and I think I'd stay here more often if it didn't. It's not like we are a bank with critical risk (you know what I mean)

I had no such log-outs for a couple of months but then had one yesterday morning minutes after logging in. Mine tend to happen around 9AM Pacific time and, once I log back in, I stay logged in for the rest of the day.
If you are getting multiple logouts in one session, something else may be at play, so:

There's a calming feeling that knowing I'm not the only one experiencing these baffling unpredictable tech behaviors. Maybe Apple will put an employee on the issue right away. lol.
The mods are aware of this issue that rears its unattractive head every so often. I've not experienced any of those logouts since mid-May.
Why does this community Support group log out so often?
