How can I log in to Apple TV+ remotely with a new password?

My wife, who is currently in a different city, decided to change the password for Apple TV+ now when I open the app, I’m only given the option to start a trial

I cannot find where I login again with the new password She’s giving me over the phone.

I do not have her phone or her MacBook with me so there’s no option of using the same

Internet network within the home
