Apple Store dispatch email address different to my Apple ID address

Hi all, every time I make a purchase from Apple (not that I make that many) the dispatch notification email address is different to my normal ID address (I suspect it’s what I set up as my back-up email)


I have searched everywhere, gone into all the settings I can think of but can’t find a way to change it. It’s not a major problem at the moment, but it’s a business address which I may close down in the future.


Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

It seems like you have a notification mailadress set up. To remove that login on your Apple ID account page at appleid.apple.com, go to the security section and click edit. You'll see notification email and you can remove this by clicking the exit icon
