Apple Pay in Pakistan. When and How?

I was casually searching over the internet and came across a thread where someone mentioned that he's using his Pakistan issued SCB credit card with Apple Pay. I also have 2 Pakistan issued SCB cards, both credit and debit but I'm not able to add them to my wallet. Can someone help?

The person may have added the cards when they were in a different region or country that supports Apple Pay. Many transaction terminals may support Tap-To-Pay, but if the card doesn’t support tap to pay, then it can’t be added. Apple has to follow the banking regulations of each country they officially support and offer their payment system in. Many Asian and African countries do not support biometric (Face ID, Fingerprint ID) verification. Apple Pay requires it. This makes it more secure than similar services such as Google Pay. But it may also limit the countries it can be offered in. There are other possible limitations due to regulations as well.
