I gav an MacBook Pro from 2019, A1989.
modell have Touch Bar and Touch ID.
I can turn on the MBP with Touch ID, it workes to use the Touch ID for authenticate as fingerprint reader.
the problem I have is that I can’t turn off/reset the machine with it. I press the key for longer than 20sek doesen’t do anything.
Is there any way to fix this issue?

A successful PRAM Reset should have you hearing the startup chime....try to hold the PRAM Reset until you hear two chimes, but this may not always be possible on these USB-C Macs as they sometimes get stuck after the first chime. You may see an error message regarding being unable to clear the computer name (perhaps several of them regarding the computer name).....this is normal. As long as the command executes without an error related to the command itself, then just reboot the computer so that the default NVRAM settings are utilized.
It is easier to confirm success with an SMC Reset. Option Boot the laptop by holding down the Option key immediately after hearing the startup chime. Let the laptop sit at the Apple boot picker menu. Now perform the SMC Reset. If successful, the laptop should immediately power down. Make sure to review the instructions since the SMC Reset procedure is a bit different for the the T2 Macs:

While booted into Safe Mode as suggested by @kaz-k, does holding the power button work to power off the laptop?
I'm not sure if there are any way to modify the behavior of the power button within macOS.

You could resolve your issue with Safe mode start up then normal boot since your issue could be software related.

I'm not sure what to look for as the MBP boots up as normal, everythings works fine except how to turn off/reset.
If you know what to look for I'll try that.
