My Apple news widget disappeared after updating my phone to iOS 17.4.1

Same in France, frightening to say that apps can disappear with any users action (o_O) …

Mine is also suddenly gone. I even subscribe for more iCloud storage thinking that maybe my low iCloud storage was the problem.

here in brazil it's gone too, but I had it for years. I it disappeared from the iPad too, but why is there no official statement?

Any update on this from Apple? I really appreciated the widget.

Yes, my Apple News widget has also disappeared since the past few days. It was a nice feature to have. Don't know what's going on.

This widget was my life, now it is gone.

Who gave the permission to do that.

Now i dont have any update regarding what is happening around the world.

They ruined my fone.

Apparently the Apple News is now Apple news+ is a new subscription service currently available in the US.

I am from India, As complained by others , The news widget has been disappeared after the latest update on my Iphone 12 mini.

Im frm india as well and after updating the ios news widget has been disappeared from my iphone also.

i really miss being up to date with the news. Can please someone help with this.

1 month on, have we still got not fix nor update to this broken feature?
