Full iCloud with nothing really being stored but contacts, reminders, notes and calendar!

My iCloud is full and I’m not saving anything but my contacts (120), reminders (4), notes (4) and calendar! How is this even possible to use 4.6GB. Literally nothing else is being uploaded to iCloud. I’m tired of seeing “your iCloud is almost full” notifications. Help!
