No Cellular Service on iPhone

Hi all,

I recently upgraded my iPhone 11 to iOS 17.4.1. After the upgrade, I am unable to access cellular service. In settings, when I go to the "Cellular" option, I receive an error message. Additionally, when I try to toggle cellular service from the pull-down menu, the option for cellular is greyed out.

I have tried turning airplane mode on/off, turning the phone on/off, taking out the SIM card, and resetting network settings. The only option I haven't tried is completely resetting my iPhone. I have read though from those experiencing a similar issue that even after reset, cellular has not returned. Additionally, I backed up my phone before I realized this was an issue, so I'm concerned my backup would just put me back into the same issue.

Any thoughts on this?

Thank You

iPhone 11, iOS 17
