Hi guys! Both Home Pod an Home Pod Mini have suddenly stopped giving the time when asked! I have tried switching them both off then on again and the issue persists! I would prefer not to go down the factory reset route so just wondering if anyone has had this experience before and knows of any quick fixes? And, yes, both are running the latest update. 😊

I came across a user who also had the same problem. They said that asking for the time in one minute is a short-term quick fix that works.
You can also report this behaviour to Apple: Feedback - HomePod - Apple.
The best thing to do would be the Reset but I understand the reluctancy in doing that. Restarting is the next best thing to try. Unplug for 10 seconds and plug back in.
Thanks for the reply! This happened about the same time when iPhone alarms failed to go off in the morning! The issue rectified its self the next day! Weird or what!?!

Ok, it does this often then five minutes later works again.
