How to reset competition points on Apple Watch

I have done everything when pairing, and repairing to deleting everything (with no icloud backup) and restarting everything like from scratch and etc. It would show there is nothing even the competition awards BUT re-pairing as a NEW watch it would show up after a day and the competition number awards are absurd. Like one of them is around 2,000…like what?

The only reason why I want to erase it because I want a fresh start.
