News widget disappeared and stopped working in iphone15 pro (17.4.1) for the region India, but same is working in iphone13 (17.4.1).

It has been reported by others that the widget is now only available in the U.S., Canada, Austrial and the UK.
Which News widget are you referring to? Probably the News App is deleted from the iPhone.
