Why does my Apple Watch re-wind my podcast just by moving the Digital Crown?

If I am listening to a podcast and the podcast interface is showing on the watch face, as soon as I hit the crown to go back to the time, the podcast starts rewinding non stop until I grab the phone and hit pause and then forward back to where I was. Seems like a bug??
