We are trying to browse on goggle - some sites open, while others do not - on the ones that don’t open, we get a message that says:
Site can’t be reached!
We put in a new router set up several days ago and everything appears to be working fine - however, there was a package that included blocking ads which I’m in a free trail for - could this be the problem?

That could be the problem.
Do you use VPN? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile.
