AirPods Pro Rattling in Left Ear

a few weeks ago, i started hearing a rattle in my left airpod pro bud. It originally only happened while I was exercising or doing heavy movements but now it happens consistently.

I read online that this was a known issue and Apple has a replacement program for AirPods Pro that were manufactured before October 2020. I took mine to an Apple Store and they said that mine were manufactured in November 2020… so I’m not eligible for this program.

How did Apple determine this issue was fixed in the subsequent models? But I’m clearly experiencing this issue… is there a way I can petition to have November 2020 models be included in the program??

Thanks Katana for the reply, I was also curious to see if anyone else who had a later manufactured date experienced the same issue, hence sharing mine.
