How to delete Apple Health Data from iCloud

If your having difficulty deleting your Apple Health data from when it was Sync'ing to iCloud, despite disabling and deleting it from your iOS device, you can try to manage your iCloud Account Storage from either a MacOS or Windows computer (with iCloud for Windows installed). In my case my Apple Health Data had grown to like 6.7 Gb and was constantly trying to Sync, and draining my battery. So I wanted to clean things up and it only made it worse. So I decided to start from scratch by deleting my Health App and data from my IOS devices. Then for me, deleting the Health backup data from iCloud would not work in MacOS for some reason. What did work was installing iCloud for Windows on a Windows Laptop, clicking manage iCloud storage, finding Health, and clicking Delete. This cleared up everything for me. Hope this helps someone else.
