I cannot keep all the files from my dad's iPod nano 7 and reset it without having to login with his account.

So, our iPod Nano 7 was placed next to a magnetic toy by accident and some of the apps disappeared including the settings app. I tried resetting it in iTunes but it said that would delete the files. I did some research to try and copy the files without having to log into my dads account but I found nothing.

Is it possible to copy the files from the iPod to my PC (OS: Windows 11 Home) without having to log in with the account that the music was put on with so I could reset it without losing any data?
