I have created an app that features a custom keyboard with both numbers and characters for users to upload data. However, when I tried to use the app on my iPhone 14, I noticed that the keyboard only displays numbers and not the characters. I then tested the app on my old iPad, and the keyboard appeared as I designed it. Could you please advise me on how to solve this issue?
Are the “characters” just the normal English alphabet?
