Weird email formats I can’t block

I’ve been receiving a lot of spam mail and even though it goes to the spam folder, I still block the spammers. Currently, I’ve run into another situation, these spammers are using an email format that is not easily blockable. Looking for advice

when I copy paste I get 👇 (example of another one)

Apple this is BS. I swear I have the longest blocklist ever from this phone number and email about 4 years old
