Unable to sign into my Chase app on my iPad Pro
Apple and Chase bank are not resolving issue with Chase App on new iPad PRO.. kicking can to one another. I downloaded app several times used passcode and PW provided but was declined prompting to enter passcode and password repeatedly. The app works on old iPhone but rejects on brand new iPad Pro.
The problem appears related to Apple!
Bank app functions fine on my iphone but NOT on Brand New IPad Pro.
Please help.
