They are probably no longer available because copyright holder removed them from Apple Music. Both those tracks are grey out in U.K Apple Music. Oddly both tracks are still available to purchase in iTunes Store!

Makes sense. Especially as they're still available to buy, implying rights holders are happy to take money.
