I purchased my iPhone 13 from UAE-Dubai but facetime is not in my apps. How can I have this software?
I updated my phone to the latest IOS version but still I dont have it. Do you know any method that I can install this app?

If you're in the United Arab Emirates, you can't; it's banned there. Otherwise, change the country in Settings to a different one.
Note that you'll likely be denied warranty or AppleCare+ service on it internationally.

I'm not in UAE but if its a solution to change the country in setting, would it be possible for UAE citizen use this solution and have Facetime and when they want to use guarantee make the country UAE?!
Another question is; as I am not in UAE how can I have facetime app? I didnt fined it anywhere to download it
