App developer responded with this message

I’m sorry to hear that! Please contact Apple directly for a refund! We would issue you a refund from our end, however Apple’s strict policies restricts us from doing so.

apple says that i need to ask the developer for refund myself or ask for services “which are already completed by me without the purchase delivery and same event for game is expired”
executive of apple said we wont help you.
i quote this additional point “apple charges additional amount for the same purchase in android thats why fortnite was not able to stay in stores”
they charge extra for the items, they dont deliver the items, they reject our claim by saying you are not eligible.
