right side screen of macbook air 2020 m1 is black

I bought macbook yesterday.

Yesterday night, I set up all the initial things that come after first boot.

Then after a day, I turned it on and it's showing black screen on the right side about 40% of the whole screen

It's like a black rectangle on the right

OS- Ventura

I didn't even used it between the two mentioned instances

. If I move the cursor towards the black box, it disappears and I try to open something from the black section to know if there is any response there, the apps open that are not showing on the screen because of black box. Only I can't see the cursor but behind the scenes, everything is working perfect
