Ipad & iPhone apps opening on boot
Is there an option, like on my Mac Mini to prevent apps from opening on boot? The Mac is easy but I've not found any way to stop the iPhone and iPad from reopening apps.

in iOS no apps open on boot. Apps only open when you tap on them, or when they receive notifications or data updates, such as new email, texts, weather, stocks, etc.
If you explain what problem you are trying to solve with your question perhaps there is a better answer for your specific need.
