iTunes library disappeared after "update iCloud music library" error

Around half year ago unsubscribed from itunes and lost access to library except the music that I manually imported from pc to itunes to iphone. Now I subscribed back again but all online music that was stored in library was grayed out and unclikable, so I pressed File > Library > Update iCloud Music Library and it showed error "Genius results can't be updated because the iTunes store doesn't recognize your iTunes library" and deleted all online library except manual uploads.

I checked iphone and enabled sync, after which it synced only manual uploads as it didn't had online library stored there.

Now I only see manual uploads that I did long ago, 2019 latest. The rest of library is gone.

How to restore access to years of collected music?

I tried to check folder "previous itunes libraries", but it's empty.
