I got it today but it was a gift for my birthday 5/5, I’ve been trying to sign in n stuff like it doesn’t have the cellular or WiFi icons and doesn’t have the App Store. Could the watch be fake? It’s used to i think, but it said it was made by Apple in California

Try this. Go to Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support and provide its serial number. You can copy and paste it from the Watch app on your iPhone. Otherwise read Can't find your serial number? - Apple Support.
