I can’t get 2 hard drives to work in my iMAC running Sonoma 14.4.1

I bought 2 hard drives on the web from a company called Mavado on the web. All disk, utility apps fail. Is there an app the will force erase a hard drive?

2    Also, I have several thousand old documents in a word precessing program called Ready, Set Go! that worked OK in my old MAC using OSX 9 or 10. They don’t work in my iMAC running Sonoma 14.4.1. Is there an app for my iiMAC that will get them to open?

There are many storage-hosting providers including Apple, Microsoft, DropBox, Backblaze, SpiderOak, and others, if your current vendor no longer offers services.

Mavado seems to be a catalog provider, and does (did?) offer external peripherals; SSDs and such. I don’t see any hosting listed.

If you have issues or questions about a particular storage hosting provider and their apps and services, check with the provider.

Ready, Set, Go! is presently available for Microsoft Windows only. If you have an investment in those files, borrowing or buying Windows and using that might be the fastest path, though whether the newest versions can read the older version you have here is something you will want to confirm with Diwan; with the app vendor.

I don’t see any conversion tools posted for RSG files from the Ready, Set, Go! app.
