How to revert to iTunes from music app for windows

I went to Apple Music/sync/Apple TV on windows 10 but I cannot stand them.

what was simple in iTunes is not simple anymore.

is it possible to go back to iTunes?

Uninstalling Apple Music to get iTunes functionality back I, like others, have lost much of my music that I stripped from CD's. I have seen responses to others telling them to uninstall Apple Music on their PC to get back to iTunes as a solution. Questions: How will deleting Apple Music on my PC affect my ability to benefit from Apple music on my PC then, and will it affect any of my other devices service? Will the music I previously listened to be found again? Does simply uninstalling Apple Music enable iTunes to function as before or what should I do next?

How to reverse Itunes Match? I use an iphone XS and itunes on PC. A month ago I activated a trial subscription for Apple Music, used it for the month, then cancelled it. All the music in my music library is music I own on CDs, that I have put into my iTunes myself. After I cancelled the Apple Music subscription, I can't play about 80% of my own music library on my phone; when I try, I get the message "iTunes Match required". I have tried sync'ing the music library from my PC about 10 times now, same result. What has iTunes match done to deactivate music I physically own, and how do I make it stop?

Uninstall Apple Music, Apple TV, and Apple Devices. Restart your computer. iTunes should go back to its pre-Apple Music state with those moves.

At the top of iTunes, select view > Media Kind > Music and see if it shows up. That is an apparent extra step some people are needing to do to get it back to normal.

I uninstalled the 3 apps and rebooted. No change to itunes
