Camera not allowing me to do FaceTime

I have a problem with my phone 12 Pro Max. The camera will take pictures but will not make videos or allow me to do Facetime or use WhatsApp video link. What could be causing this?

Did you check the settings for the use of the camera in Settings/Privacy/Camera?

Any restrictions set up in the settings for Screen Time?

Any profile installed or is it a managed device?
