iPhone 11 Ghost Touch and Unresponsive to Touch

My iPhone has ghost touch and is unresponsive at times. Sometimes it works as normal, and sometimes it acts up. My screen goes crazy or my phone just doesn’t do anything. I’ve done hard resets and it still happens. The things I think are causing this is my 76% battery health, some cracks in my screen, and my storage. Can anyone help?

All of the above, except possibly the battery, and even that isn’t certain. Apple considers a battery end-of-life to be below 80%. Which is why they make it easy and inexpensive to replace the battery→Apple - Support - Service Answer Center. Unfortunately, if you your screen is cracked they won't just replace the battery; they will do a full out-of-warranty repair, unless you have AppleCare+.

If it only happens when plugged in, you need a new cable. If it happens other times your screen digitizer has failed; contact Apple to get it replaced→iPhone Screen Repair & Replacement - Official Apple Support

You are correct. The things that are causing the problems are the battery, the screen and your storage. It won't hurt to delete some apps and other things to create more free space, but I doubt that it will really help.

It also may not help, but I would start by having the battery replaced at an authorized Apple service shop. You can find a list of authorized shops in your area by using this link: Find Locations

If the issue continues, your next step would be to have the screen replaced.
