How to place a small video on a large one while maintaining the original size

Hi,

I have a 624x364px video file, I would like to convert it to a 1920x1080px file, but the 624x364 file is in the upper left corner and the rest is a black background.
Currently, when I add a file to the project, it scales to full HD.
