iPhone 15 won't charge wirelessly

I bought a new iPhone 15 in April, upgrading from iPhone 10 which I charged wirelessly all the time. My iOS version is 17.4.1. I have replaced ALL of my chargers and nothing has changed how this phone charges. I am currently using 40w wireless charging pads (not stand up). The phone just doesn't charge unless it's physically plugged in, and frankly I think Apple should be reimbursing me for chargers at this point. I've taken it out of the case to charge it as well. It shows it is charging, but the charge on the phone never improves when charging wirelessly.
