Apple TV can't play any content after being turned back on

Apple TV 4K from 2022 has to be restarted everytime it has slept or has "turned off" (power button held for a few seconds)

It has network connection, have tested with Ookla Speedtest and it loads all the thumbnails fine. Not the router config, as I have tested on seperate ISPs. Has thsi behaviour on cable and on WIFI.

I have recreated thsi problem many times just by putting it to sleep (holding power button for 3 seconds) then waking it up again. Sometimes it can play 1 piece of content. But then the next piece will not play.

On Netflix the Error is "(CoreMediaError Domain error 2003329396.)"
