How can I determine the actual screen resolution of my display?

I have a iphone 12 pro which I bought as refurbished. I am doubting that the screen could be non-original (aftermarket part), and I think I can see individual pixels if I take the screen very very closer to my eye.

This is making me doubt the screen resolution. Is there any way by which I can be fully confirmed about the "actual" pixel per inch (or screen resolution) of my iphone?

Display --> iPhone 12 Pro - Technical Specifications - Apple Support (IN)

  • Super Retina XDR display
  • 6.1‑inch (diagonal) all‑screen OLED display
  • 2532‑by‑1170-pixel resolution at 460 ppi
  • HDR display
  • True Tone
  • Wide color (P3)
  • Haptic Touch
  • 2,000,000:1 contrast ratio (typical)
  • 800 nits max brightness (typical); 1200 nits max brightness (HDR)

The iPhone 12 Pro display has rounded corners that follow a beautiful curved design, and these corners are within a standard rectangle. When measured as a standard rectangular shape, the screen is 6.06 inches diagonally (actual viewable area is less).
